Rents & Reports
Rents are collected every week and can be paid out weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We also pay your outgoing, water rates, council rates from the rent collected with no additional cost to you. Up to date detailed reports are emailed with disbursements with easy to understand and make sense of the outgoings in your investments against its cash flow. Special reports are provided on request for bank and accounting purposes
Property Inspections
Inspections are carried out every 3 months and reports emailed as soon as the inspections are completed. Landlords can also accompany the property for the routine inspections. Routine inspections are all free of charge!!!!
